Description
Italian Soave white wine with bright fruit notes in aroma and taste exhibits excellent freshness and softness. Garganega grapes from which the wine grows in the vineyards in the Soave, east of Verona. Crop is harvested by hand in the second half of October in boxes of 25 kg. Vinification takes place at a temperature of 14 C in stainless steel tanks to preserve the most vivid and fresh varietal aroma. Extract of wine takes place in steel tanks.
