Description
Hope Estate “The Cracker” Cabernet Merot – an exquisite dry red wine created from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes grown in their own vineyards in Western Australia in the Donnybrook region. Hope Estate Winery owns 28 hectares in this region. The harvested grapes are pressed at the place of harvest, cooled and placed in special temperature-controlled containers, in which the must is 3 days, while it is transported across Australia to the winery. Upon arrival at the winery, the must is fermented, and then placed in French oak barrels for further aging from 12 to 15 months. The wine is then lightly filtered and bottled.
