  • The line of wines “AV cuvee” from Alma Valley combines the influence of a unique terroir, professional and creative approach to winemaking. When laying vineyards in the Alminskaya Valley, specialists from France, Austria and Switzerland were invited, who identified 11 different soil and climatic zones that favor a vivid expression of the varietal characteristics of grapes. In the cuvee, each grape variety harmoniously complements each other, striving to find an idyll of blending. The label indicates the exact geographic location of the winery – the birthplace of the wines. Vineyards are read in black smears, soil properties in gold. Cartography expresses both mathematical precision and the flight of the artist’s imagination.

“AV cuvee” Chardonnay-Pinot Blanc-Pinot Gris is a round, full-bodied dry white wine, in which a creamy texture is combined with soft tones of ripe fruit. For the 2017 blend, three vintages were used: Chardonnay 2017, Pinot Gris 2018 and Pinot Blanc 2019. Long-term fermentation took place at a controlled temperature in modern stainless steel fermentation tanks, each variety was vinified separately. Chardonnay was aged in French barrels for 1.5 months. Pinot Gris was aged in stainless steel vats on coarse yeast lees for 4 months with the use of batonage, followed by aging on fine lees for 12 months. Pinot Blanc was stored in stainless steel vats at a reduced temperature. Then the wine was blended and bottled.
