Description

“Pavo Nero” Bianco is an elegant dry white wine made from grapes from Viognier, Chardonnay, Vermentino and Pecorino. Berries grow on clay soils of Tuscany. After harvesting, which is carried out when the berries reach the optimum level of ripeness, the fruits are sent to the winery, where they are fermented at a controlled temperature. The wine is filtered before bottling. Storage potential of wine “Pavo Nero” Bianco is 2-3 years.
