Chianti Classico is one of the most famous areas of Tuscany, world famous for its culture and art, as well as its scenic beauty and centuries-old gastronomic and wine traditions. The secret of the Chianti Classico terroir lies in the ideal combination of microclimate and soil, high temperature differences between day and night, and rocky soil – conditions that allow the cultivation of magnificent grapes. In the heart of Chianti Classico, the wine “Primum” Chianti Classico is born, a blend of which is dominated by Sangiovese grapes, from which truly unique wines are born. For the wines of the “Primum” line, the manufacturer selects the best grapes.
The grapes are grown at an altitude of 300-350 meters above sea level. After the classic vinification “Primum” Chianti Classico matures for 14 months in oak barrels with a capacity of 25 hl. The storage potential of wine is 6-8 years.
