Fattoria Camigliano, “Nero del Gobbo” – an elegant, soft wine with an intense fruity-floral aroma and a balanced, pleasant taste. The wine is made from grape varieties Sangiovese, Merlot and Syrah grown by biodynamic methods. The drink has an extremely harmonious character, which is due not only to the excellent ripeness of the grapes, but also to the precise methods of processing the vines used by the company. Harvested by hand. Fermentation and aging of 90% of the grapes takes place in special stainless steel tanks that retain floral notes and the strength of tannins. Softness and roundness are guaranteed by fermentation and ripening of the remaining 10% of the crop in special wooden barrels. Before bottling, the wine is not clarified or filtered.
