Description
Farina, Bardolino Classico DOC is a sophisticated and elegant red dry wine, which the producer uses to use Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara and Rossara grapes (a variety of Molinara) grown in the vineyards on the Moreniche hills, east of Lake Garda. The soil of the vineyards is saturated with lime and volcanic rocks. Harvesting is carried out manually in mid-September. The berries are separated from the ridges and pressed immediately after harvest. Then the wort is subjected to cold maceration on the skin, lasting 2 days. This is followed by a fermentation process at a controlled temperature not exceeding 25 C. The wine is kept in stainless steel tanks with subsequent aging in the bottle.
