Its taste corresponds to the general style of Vinho Verde – fresh and young. Varieties Vinhau (Suzao), Azal Tinto and Borrakal are extruded carefully under low pressure. After fermentation at a controlled temperature, the wine settles on the sediment, then it is filtered and stabilized in the cold.
