Description
“La Tremenda” Monastrell, Alicante DO – a novelty from one of the largest winemakers in Spain, Enrique Mendoza, made from Monastrel grape variety. The berries are grown in the arid climate of the Alicante region. Harvesting is carried out after reaching the optimum ripeness of grapes. Maceration lasts for 2 days. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for 6 days at a temperature of 24-25 C by regular repair. Wine is aged for about half a year in French oak barrels.
