Wine “Endrizzi” Riesling Renano, Trentino DOC

Description

“Endrizzi” Pinot Grigio – dry white wine with excellent structure and elegance due to the Alpine terroir. For the manufacture of wine using selected Pinot Grigio grapes, which is grown only in the best areas in the communes of Faedo and San Michele al Adige. The local microclimate, with its noticeable fluctuations between day and night temperatures, allows for the production of especially fragrant grapes, different soil types enhance the complexity of the wine and its richness.

The grapes are harvested by hand at the moment of full phenolic ripeness after thinning the bunches in the summer. At the winery, the grapes are fermented at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts. The wine is then aged on fine yeast lees with regular batonage for several months.
