Domaine La Borderie, Coteaux Champenois Rouge “Les Devoix” AOC is a refined red wine produced only in years of outstanding grape ripeness.

The wine is made entirely from Pinot Noir grown on the Les Devoix plot in the commune of Merre-sur-Ars. The south-west exposure ensures optimal ripening of the berries. The age of the vines reaches 50 years, guaranteeing a complex and deep taste: they give a low yield, but a high concentration of taste.

The wine is produced using the Burgundy technology: after manual harvesting, the berries are sorted and separated from the combs, after which maceration takes place for 10 days. This is followed by malolactic fermentation and aging in oak barrels for 10 months. The wine is not filtered or clarified, preserving its natural structure and aroma.
