“Tamariani” – a young brand, created in 2014 by the Georgian company Alaverdi and has already gained popularity to a wide audience. The brand “Tamariani” combines high quality wines at affordable prices. The production process proceeds on modern equipment using European innovative wine-making techniques. For “Tamariani” wines, selective berries of autochthonous grape varieties are used, such as Rkatsiteli, Saperavi, Mtsvany. The recipe is developed on the basis of ancient Georgian traditions. The trade mark is named after the outstanding Georgian ruler Tamara. Labels on bottles of wine depict motifs from the life of the great queen.

“Tamariani” Alazani Valley is an exquisite red semisweet wine made from selected berries of Kakhetian grapes of Saperavi, Alexandrouli, Mujuretuli and Ojaleshi sorts. Grapes are grown on the banks of the Alazani River, between the Tsiv-Gombor and the Great Caucasus Mountains. Harvesting is carried out after the berries achieve optimal maturity and sugar content of at least 20%. Grapes are carefully sorted and delivered to the winery, where experienced enologists create wine from it according to the ancient Georgian formula, by the method of incomplete fermentation of the wort. Then the wine is bottled and pasteurized at 65 C for 1 hour. The potential of wine storage is 2-3 years.
