De Wetshof, Sauvignon Blanc, 2014 – South African dry white wine from the company De Vetskhof, which is made from the collected early in the morning in order to avoid premature oxidation of berries, grapes Sauvignon Blanc. Thanks to the good weather season 2014 and the efforts of winemakers, wine has become a beautiful fragrance with notes of tropical fruit and mild flavor with low acidity. The process of maceration on the grape skins lasted 6-10 hours, then pressed a must. After settling the juice poured into stainless steel tanks for fermentation at low controlled temperature. During fermentation, yeast is added to the wine, which provided an interesting complexity drink. Experts recommend to consume this wine for 6 years after the release.
