The boldest ideas of Georgian winemakers are embodied in the collection, which made it possible to look at the peculiarities of the national art of winemaking from a different angle.
Ruler “GAU # 5” – These are five bright, unique wines made from autochthonous grape varieties. Drinks are produced in elegant bottles of darkened frosted glass with bright, eye-catching labels. Each wine has a concise numbered name from 1 to 5. Creating this collection, winemakers, first of all, were guided by a young audience, offering classic wines in a new style. “GAU # 5” is a unique novelty in Georgian winemaking, a harmonious fusion of ancient Georgian traditions and modern vision.

“GAU # 5” White One – a wine created for connoisseurs who are well versed in the virtues of dry wine. It is made from selected grapes of Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane varieties growing in the company’s vineyards in the Akhmeta region of Kakheti. Harvesting is carried out when the berries reach optimum ripeness. Grapes are picked in the early morning hours, carefully placed in special boxes and delivered to the winery until noon. The full cycle of grape processing is carried out by reduction method using a modern special technological line. The reduction method adds more complexity to the blame. Vinification takes place according to the traditional method of creating white wines. The wine is versatile and can diversify any dishes, especially dishes of poultry and fish, various snacks.

In the heart of Kakheti is the Alazani Valley, where the Badagoni winery is located – a Georgian-Italian company, whose history began in 2006. Each year, the winery produces 3 million bottles of Georgian wine, not just wine, but a sacred drink that incorporates all the best traditions of winemaking, but at the same time produced using the best modern equipment. This allowed Badagoni wines to enter the European market.
At the Badagoni farm , grapes are picked manually in small boxes, after which the berries are separated from the ridges and the juice is squeezed. Knead the grapes so that the berries let the juice, but the seed remained intact. Badagoni is the only Georgian factory that has an ISO certificate of quality.
