“Monte Cote” Secco is a fresh dry white wine made from the Feteasca grape variety, whose homeland is Hungary, and a mixture of other white European varieties. The grapes are grown in the company’s vineyards in Transcarpathia. The moderate continental climate of the region, the proximity of the mountains and the variety of soils provide favorable conditions for the cultivation of grapes and obtaining from them bright, distinctive and authentic wines. The wine is vinified according to the traditional method of making white wines with the addition of a small amount of natural grape juice concentrate. “Monte Cote” Secco will well complement fish, seafood, white meat dishes, as well as salads, snacks and young cheeses.
