The wine is made from a blend of international and indigenous varieties of grapes – Krasnostop, Cabernet Sauvignon and Golubok grown at an altitude of 100-200 meters above sea level in areas of limestone. Harvested by hand. Fermentation and aging of wine are under constantly controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
