Description
Blend wine “CollePino” consists of equal parts of grape varieties Sangiovese and Merlot. Harvested in the first half of September. Each variety vinified separately. Grape is fermented for 7-8 days in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature of 25 to 30 C. Next, the malolactic fermentation. Excerpt wine made first in stainless steel tanks and then in French oak barrels for 2 months.
