Description
On the territory of Castellina in Chianti, at an altitude of about 400 meters above sea level grow vineyards whose age is twenty-five years. It was there born melodic wine Chianti Classico. Alcoholic fermentation lasts 18-20 days and is carried out in a temperature-controlled steel tanks at a temperature of 28 C. At the end of malolactic fermentation is made easy clarification of wine. Then it was over 7 months kept in barrels of French oak rock that had previously been used and have a volume of 2.25 and 5 hectoliters. After bottling Chianti Classico spends in the bottle another 7 months. Wine storage capacity is about 10 years.
