Description
Castelfeder “Burgum Novum” Chardonnay Riserva – dry white wine made from Chardonnay berries grown on hilly slopes in the vicinity of cities and Kortachcha Magrez. The optimal location of the vineyards, access to the sun and fresh air allows the berries to achieve the best performance for its class. Grape vines removed from the age of 3 to 50 years. Loamy soil with a high content of chalk is ideal for growing Chardonnay.
Berries are the stages of soft pressure, the natural gravitational purification from suspension and malolactic fermentation in oak barrels. Thereafter wine allowed to stand 12 months. “Burgum Novum” Riserva Chardonnay has the purest shimmering color and a special bouquet of hazelnuts and sweet fruit. Its elegance, proportion and depth are revealed at the beginning of the pharynx, continuing in the aftertaste. This wine is served with appetizers, meat dishes, and gifts of the sea.
