“Castel del Lago” Bianco, Garda DOC – dry white wine made from Garganega and Chardonnay grapes. Vineyards Castel del Lago are located around Lake Garda in the Veneto region of northern Italy. The bright sunlight reflected by the lake and the cool breeze create the ideal conditions for ripe grapes with fresh acidity. Matteo Bernabei and his team harvest in the cool morning hours to keep them fresh. The wine is vinified according to the traditional method of making white dry wines.
