Description
Dry red wine Carodorum, Vendimia Selleccionada, Toro DO appeared thanks to the painstaking work of ancestors. It was they who once laid out and cultivated the vineyards, which today grow 20-year-old, 80-year-old and 100-year-old vines of the Tinto de Toro grape variety, which is better known outside of Spain as Tempranillo. The grapes are harvested by hand with primary sorting right on the vine. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tankers with temperature control, followed by 4-6 months aging in French oak barrels.
