Description
For the preparation of red dry wine Cantina Tudernum, “Rojano”, the manufacturer uses the Sodgiovese, Merlot and Sagrantino grapes from the Todi Rosso Superiore DOC , which are harvested from 1 to 15 October. The process of maceration on the skin takes from 18 to 22 days. Wine is aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. Then comes the aging in bottles, which also takes 12 months. The wine will make an excellent pair of the first dishes with meat sauces, roasts, spicy sausages, pizzas, soups, spiced cheeses, red meat and game.
