Description
Camporignano, “Comeunavolta”, Toscana IGT – an elegant red dry wine that is created from a blend of Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Colorino, Malvasia and Trebbiano Toscano grapes grown in the Siena hills. At an altitude of 300 meters above sea level, on clay soil, commonly known in Tuscany as “mattaione”, the vineyards of the Camporignano winery are located. The hand-picked grapes are gently destemmed, pressed and placed in steel tanks, where the must is fermented for 7 days at constant temperature control (max. 25C). The wine is aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks. Wine is recommended to use as an aperitif, as well as in combination with Italian cuisine, smoked meats, pasta, steak and mature cheeses.
