Description
Ca’Botta, Rosso Verona IGT – red semi-dry wine, gifts to tender young taste. The wine is made without the use of sugar and fermented in a natural way. Grown on the picturesque slopes of Verona grape varieties Corvina, Rondinella and Merlot is harvested by hand, separated from the ridges and exposed spinning. Fermentation is carried out under controlled temperature is held at 22-28 C. Maceration takes eight days, and exposure takes place in stainless steel tanks and lasts for several months. Further, the new wine is bottled.
Ka’Botta, Rosso Verona won the silver medal at the “Wine List OPEN – 2014”.
