Description
Dry red wine “Cerviero” produced according to original recipe Ka’Botta winery from grapes Corvina, Korvinone, Cabernet and Turketta. After gathering the grapes are carefully sorted in the vineyard and then podvyalivayut in vivo. Upon completion of this process, the berries are destemming, pressing and fermentation. During the second fermentation in the wort added sun-dried grapes left over from the production of Amarone “Tenuta Cayo.” Wine Maturing takes place in American oak barrels.
