  • “Campogiovanni” Brunello di Montalcino – one of the most prestigious and noble wines of Tuscany. Sangiovese grapes for this wine are grown on silty-sandy soils with low clay content. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 250-300 meters above sea level, have an excellent southern and south-western exposure. Wort Fermentation takes 20 days in stainless steel at a temperature 28-30 C. Immediately after the alcoholic fermentation should malolactic fermentation.
