Wine Borratella, Chianti Classico DOCG

Description

Borratella, Chianti Classico DOCG is an elegant red dry wine created in the Tuscany region of Italy. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 350-380 meters above sea level. Crop is harvested by hand when the berries reach optimum ripeness. The wort is macerated without skin separation in steel tanks under constant temperature control for 18-20 days with constant pumping. The wine is aged in oak barrels and barriques for 2-3 uses within 12 months. The bottled wine matures in the cellars for another 4 months before reaching the consumer.
