Description

“Borealis” Vintage Cuvee Brut – seductive white sparkling wine made by classical technology with a secondary fermentation in the bottle – “Methode Cap Classique”. According to legend, the Greek god of wine, Dionysus, fell in love with Ariadne, the daughter of the king of Crete. To prove his love to her, and raise it to the sky, Dionysus threw his golden crown in the sky where it shines so far (Corona Borealis – Northern Hemisphere constellation “Northern Crown”). This crown also helped Theseus to get out of the Cretan labyrinth. Sparkling wine is aged on the lees in the cellars of the winery, remuage performed manually.
