Description
The brand “Astorre Noti” is the pride of the manufacturer Alma Wine and is positioned as a line of classic Italian wines of perfect quality. The brand name was given in honor of the founder of the industry, Alma Vine. “Astorre Noti” Rosso di Montepulciano DOC – dry red wine created from a blend of three grape varieties – Prunolo Gentile, Canaiolo and Mammolo. Vineyards are located in the hilly area around Montepulciano on calcareous soils. Harvested in late September from 15-year-old vines. After soft pressing, the berries were fermented and macerated for 15 days at a controlled temperature. Then the wine was aged 9 months in barriques and tons.
