Description

White dry low-calorie sparkling wine Astoria, “Yu Sushi” Sparkling , which has surprisingly low level of sugar, was originally created as a drink to accompany the land, but over time it became popular both as an aperitif and in combination with any fish dishes. The wine is made from white grape varieties typical of the hilly province of Treviso. The age of the vines is 8-18 years. Harvesting is done manually in September, at the time of optimum maturity of the fruit. After desteylirovaniya berries are soft pressing and static decantation.
