Description
Wine “Montefalco” Rosso impresses with its aroma and maturity, made from grapes of Sangiovese, Merlot and Sagrantino, carefully selected from vineyards in Umbria. Crop is harvested by hand in the last week of September and first week of October. Vinification process comprises maceration and fermentation for 10-15 days. To get the full flavor and rich color from the grape skins, the wort is pumped twice a day. The wine is aged 12 months in oak barrels and bottled.
