  • Elegant red “Cont’Ugo”, 2012 – the second vintage monosortovogo wine that has a rich, fruity aroma and a rounded, balanced taste. After harvesting and a careful selection of berries are fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature for 25 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place in barrels, of which 30% – a new, and ends at the end of the year. Wine is aged 12 months in oak barrels and then another six months in bottles.

    Antinori family is part of the oldest wine honorable Association of Families (Primum Familiae Vini) and is engaged in winemaking for over 600 years. Its history dates back to the company Antinori in 1385 and today it operates a representative of the 26th generation of the family – the Marquis Piero Antinori.
