Description
“Ansonaco” – expressive, powerful, strong, stylish organic white (orange) wine from the island of Giglio, made according to ancient craft methods. Grapes for creating wine are grown on the rocky-sandy acidic soil of terraced vineyards, rich in microelements, overlooking the sea. The average age of the vines is 15 years. In the manufacture of wine, immediate pressing of whole bunches, separation of juice by free run, spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks without temperature control and malolactic fermentation are used. Then the wine is aged in steel tanks for 4-5 months. Wine is not filtered before bottling. 15-30 minutes before use, decantation is recommended. The potential for wine storage is 3-4 years.
