In the line of Alma X wines from Alma Valley, one of the three grape varieties used in the blend is encrypted under the name “X” and is not disclosed by the manufacturer. This is a great challenge for professionals and amateurs to try themselves as a taster and try to guess the secret variety.

“Alma X” Pinot Blanc-Riesling is a refreshing dry white wine in a light, fruity style. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures in modern stainless steel and oak fermentation tanks. The Riesling is aged on lees in French oak barrels for 12-18 months. Pinot Blanc is stored in stainless steel vats at low temperatures. After aging, the wine is blended and bottled.
