Alma Valley, “Spring Wine” – semi-sweet white wine made from grapes grown in Alminskaya Valley. A harmonious blend of four varieties: Traminer, Petite Arvine, Rislaner and Chardonnay, which are being combined, creating an elegant easy chord associated with spring. The wine is not without reason called the “Spring” – its soft semi-sweet taste reminiscent of the freshness of the first flowers and sunny skies.

Vinification Alma Valley, “Spring Wine” involves fermentation in stainless steel tanks under temperature control. Experts recommend to serve it as an aperitif or complement to fish dishes, cheeses and cold appetizers.
