“The Bean” Coffee Pinotage – dry red wine, for the manufacture of which the manufacturer used Pinotage grapes grown in the Western Cape. The main idea of making wine was to create a wine with tones of dark fruit and coffee nuances. After fermentation, the wine was aged in burnt French oak barrels, which provided him with the necessary organoleptic properties.
