Description

Elegant white dry wine “Condado Laxas”, Rias Baixas DO is made from a blend of three grape varieties – Albario, Treischadura and Loureiro. Harvesting is carried out when the berries reach the optimal level of ripeness, and only the best and healthiest bunches are selected. At the winery, the fruits are sorted and vinified. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Before bottling, the wine is stabilized at a low temperature and filtered.
The wine goes well with Asian dishes, fish, poultry and white meat ..
