Sparkling wine “San Martino” Moscato Spumante Dolce

Elegant pink sparkling wine San Martino, Prosecco Treviso Rose DOC is created from a blend of Glera (Prosecco) and Pinot Nero grape varieties grown in the vineyards of the Treviso zone. Vinification is carried out by the traditional Sharma method, which includes, in addition to traditional vinification with soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature, secondary fermentation in sealed containers at a low temperature, after which the wine is bottled under pressure.
