“San Matteo” Roero Arneis – an attractive, fresh wine with a delicate floral and fruity aroma and rich, complex flavor. The wine is made from Arneis grapes cultivated in Piedmont, in the Roero zone. After hand picking the berries are pressed, the wort is fermented at a controlled temperature. Semi-annual aging of the wine takes place in steel tanks.
